ywkk Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ywkk website accessible at ywkk.ws, including all subpages, services, games, betting markets, and customer support features operated therein.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the ywkk Platform or who accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback amounts, or other incentive values credited to a Player's account by ywkk under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Player using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other accepted payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds or a specified deposit amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, which is the operative time zone for all Platform operations, support availability, and promotional schedules.
• "Prohibited Activities" means the conduct described in Section 7 of these Terms & Conditions.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional offer's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail only with respect to the matter they address.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to the ywkk Platform is restricted to eligible individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ywkk operates a strict 21+ policy without exception. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the ywkk Platform or through any responsible gaming programme that you have voluntarily joined.
• You have not previously had an account closed by ywkk for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• All information you provide during registration, including your full name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method details, is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each Player is permitted to hold one account only. ywkk reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at registration or at any time thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

ywkk reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Approval of an account does not constitute a representation that the Player meets all eligibility criteria; the Player remains solely responsible for confirming their own eligibility.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ywkk account. Upon registration, you will create a username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ywkk support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Not allow any third party to access or operate your account, including on your behalf.

ywkk will never contact you to request your password, full payment card details, or other sensitive authentication information via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from ywkk and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have formally notified ywkk of a security breach prior to the activity in question. ywkk accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain appropriate account security.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

ywkk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider. ywkk charges no platform-side fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider's own transaction fees may apply.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. ywkk reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving a withdrawal, including identity verification and proof of payment method ownership.

• Withdrawals of Real Money Funds that have not been wagered at least once prior to withdrawal may be subject to a processing review.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been completed in full.
• ywkk reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 72 hours for the purposes of fraud prevention or compliance review.
• ywkk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, joint accounts, or accounts held in a name that does not match the registered account holder.

All funds held in your ywkk account balance are maintained in a segregated manner and are available for withdrawal subject to verification and the terms herein. ywkk does not pay interest on account balances.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ywkk offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. ywkk reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, or per IP address, as specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the specific promotion before any withdrawal can be requested. Where no specific Wagering Requirement is stated, a default requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Bets placed using Bonus Funds on games excluded from the wagering contribution list will not count toward Wagering Requirement completion.
• ywkk reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel bonus awards where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus Funds awarded as part of a promotion will expire if the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. Upon expiry, unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ywkk Platform are subject to the game-specific rules published within each game or betting market. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the Platform:

• A bet is confirmed and binding only once it has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets placed during a system error, network interruption, or technical failure may be voided at ywkk's discretion.
• ywkk reserves the right to limit bet sizes, impose maximum win caps, or restrict access to specific markets for any Player at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• In the event of a disputed bet outcome, the decision of ywkk's operations team is final, subject only to a formal complaint lodged via [email protected] within 7 days of the disputed event.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at different odds than displayed at the moment of bet placement if a significant event occurs between the Player's selection and the Platform's acceptance of the bet.
• All casino games use certified random number generation sourced from the game studio. ywkk does not alter game outcomes, RTP percentages, or payout configurations after games are integrated onto the Platform.
• Cricket betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series are governed by the specific market rules published for each event. In cases of match abandonment, interruption, or result reversal by the relevant governing body, ywkk's settlement decision will follow standard industry practice.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ywkk Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or any assumed identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit Platform mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not legitimately earned.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate payment after corresponding services have been received from ywkk.
• Abusing the customer support service through threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at support staff.

8 Responsible Gaming

ywkk is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the Platform. We provide a suite of self-management tools accessible from within every player account, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your ywkk account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ywkk's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ywkk expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from inability to access or use the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances outside ywkk's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on incorrect information displayed on the Platform due to a technical error, provided that ywkk takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
• Consequential, indirect, or special damages of any kind, even if ywkk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits ywkk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Amendments and Termination

ywkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Players will be notified via a notice displayed on the Platform and, where practicable, via the email address registered to their account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

ywkk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• ywkk is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the Player, to ywkk, or to the integrity of the Platform.
• The Player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or longer.

Upon termination of an account, any Real Money Funds held in the account balance will be returned to the Player via the last used payment method, net of any amounts owed to ywkk. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the circumstances.
